Michael A. Passaro, RA | SVP, Construction Services Group Manager

Mr. Passaro is a Registered Architect with over 30 years of experience in the architectural design, facilities management, project management, and real estate industry. Over the past several years he has focused on construction risk management for regional banks, national lenders, REITs, foreign governments, international banks and private equity investors. He is responsible for the management of a technical staff of architects and engineers, preparing proposals, interfacing with clients, and writing reports that apply construction administration expertise to mitigate construction risks.


Michael Apostolos, RA, ARA | CLM Senior Project Manager

Mr. Apostolos is a Registered Architect with over 38 years of experience in conducting constructability/document reviews and construction draw monitoring. A career highlight includes the oversight of a document QA/QC program with a team of 11 Project Managers collectively working on $126M.


Joseph DiBernardo | Senior Project Manager

Mr. DiBernardo has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and over 22 years of experience in consulting engineering design and project management. Recent Nova responsibilities include completion of property condition assessments, transaction screenings, high performance green/energy reports, verification of repair reports, zoning reports, construction document reviews, construction loan monitoring reports and reviews.


Mark Perry | Vice President, Corporate Region

Mr. Perry has more than 20 years of experience conducting and managing environmental investigations and property site assessments. He also has experience with the oversight of construction loan monitoring projects, including the upfront construction document review, monthly site inspection, and pay application/draw review.


Maksim “Max” Vaynshteyn | Project Manager

Mr. Vaynshteyn has a Bachelors in Architecture. His experience includes performing property condition assessments and construction document reviews on new construction of medical buildings, hotels, warehouses, and residential apartment complexes. Max’s primary responsibilities consist of project mobilization. He also oversees the management of on-site monthly status inspections.
