Neil ArchibaldNeil Archibald | SVP, Business Development

Neil manages national accounts for Nova’s domestic and international platform as well as overseeing Nova’s Business Development division. Since joining Nova in 2010, Neil has helped rapidly expand Nova’s footprint by focusing on operations, revenue opportunities, customer service and expanding strategic partnerships. He brings over 15 years of experience in real estate and in particular the commercial real estate due diligence industry.

Tom Warn

Tom Warn, Leed AP | SVP, Business Development

Mr. Warn has more than 35 years of professional experience in the conduct of environmental and engineering services. His responsibilities have included the management of projects for state and federal agencies, as well as commercial/industrial facilities, on tasks involving sustainable construction, environmental site assessment, investigation, remedial action, risk assessment, compliance audits and regulatory impact analysis. 


Jess Doerner 2Jessica Doerner | SVP, Marketing and Client Relations

Mrs. Doerner works closely with Nova’s clientele to improve customer relations and share best practices. She reports on property due diligence trends via Nova’s bi-monthly newsletter and oversees Nova’s marketing, brand management and corporate sponsorships.

Sara Kelm has joined the company as Vice President of Business Development. Ms. Kelm has a track record of success in sales and marketing with over 17 years of experience, 12 of which are in the commercial real estate industry, particularly in Chicago and the Midwest region. Sara is a resourceful real estate professional and has a reputation within the industry for integrity, dependability, and exceptional customer service. Sara is based out of Nova’s Chicago office and will be working with clients nationwide.


Ryan Shaffer PictureRyan Shaffer | VP, Business Development

Mr. Shaffer has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry, particularly the New York, Philadelphia, DC, and Boston markets. In 2013, Ryan’s passion for real estate led him to launch a real estate investment company that focuses on value-added opportunities for single-family homes and multi-family residential and commercial properties. This experience gives Ryan a greater understanding and appreciation for the challenges his clients face. Ryan is based out of Nova’s New York office and will be working with clients nationwide, offering due diligence products that promote the success of every deal.
